Besides the usual "Here’s who I am . . . here’s what I do . . . " I will use this venue as an opportunity to invite you to talk to yourself about you, your relationship with yourself, as well as other meaningful relationships in your life, including your relationship with life. I’ll do this by sharing thought-bytes gleaned from my years of living, being and working.

My collective "wisdom" and creativity is usually a product of my sessions with my clients. The things that I say and the notions that I formulate are typically born in that context in response to the challenges presented to me. My 35 plus years of private practice has taught me many things including the reciprocal value of being invited on the adventure of discovery with another person.

Since my profession is a natural for me, my only real limitation is time . . . and this seems like a good way for me to potentially touch more people than I can otherwise . . . sort of "a living book" that I can add to when I’m inclined . . . my ongoing "Thought-Bytes".

Whoever you are reading this, old friend or curious "new-bee," rest assured that my thought-bytes will be just that . . . I don’t do fat books. I do enjoy talking when I’m up for it . . . yet I still believe that beyond a reasonable point the more words the less said.

Stated differently . . . in genuine communication words are for the "hearer." Beyond communication, words are for the speaker. Ideally, I want my words to bring us closer, not farther apart; stepping stones, not a swamp to wade through.

People are my focus; relationships are my frame of reference. People are a trip; people are my books . . . and unlike my distaste for fat books, people can be any size, shape, gender or color and still be intriguing and attractive to me.

Nourishment is a product of relationships . . . relationships with oneself; with another person; with a substance, with an ideology; with a way of life . . . and more. Relationships can generate conflict; conflict can generate growth; growth can be an exciting adventure of discovery. In one respect or another, what I talk about will pertain to people, relationships and nourishment. So visit me from time to time . . . see if there is anything meaningful to you . . . call me if you like . . .
most of all . . .ENJOY!
